One of the most obvious career options is teaching. You will be working with kids each and every day and will be helping them to get an education so that they can go on to achieve their very own career goals. In order to become a teacher, you will need to do either a PGCE or go down the work experience route and learn on the job. Studying for a PGCE is the most common choice. You can do this as a postgraduate degree once you have graduated from your undergraduate course. The other option to qualify as a teacher doesn’t require you to take another degree course. You just need to find a school who is willing to take you on and train you. You will learn on the job. This route usually takes longer than a PGCE. However, it is less expensive as you will be paid throughout the training. Don’t think that this is the easy way, though, because you will still have to sit exams!
